Registrations are now open. Please register via the form below. We will contact you to confirm your accommodation preference and then send an invoice for a deposit.
Please note:
- A $500 deposit is required to confirm your registration.
- Full payment is due four weeks prior to the immersion.
- Cancellations up to four weeks before the start date are eligible for a refund (less a $50 administration fee). In exceptional circumstances, a refund or transfer for cancellations less than 28 days will be considered. Refunds will incur a $50 administration fee.
- All twin-share or single-occupancy rooms have two single beds and include an ensuite bathroom.
- The multi-share room is a large space with two ensuite bathrooms and will have a maximum of 4 people in it (usually fewer).
- There is the option of a small single room without an ensuite (limited availability).
