Join us at our Lifestyle Medicine Immersion Retreat to kickstart your healthy lifestyle change. Our immersion is run at the Yarra Valley Living Centre in Yarra Junction, Victoria. The program goes for a full week – Sunday to Sunday – and includes all the domains of lifestyle medicine in addition to our focus on plant-based nutrition. We, Malcolm and Jenny, have teamed up with plant-based dietitian Peter Johnston to deliver the immersion with assistance from Julia Grueskin and others who will deliver cooking demonstrations, meditation, yoga and fitness activities.

What’s included?

  • 7 night’s accommodation at the Yarra Valley Living Centre, Yarra Junction, Victoria

  • 2:00-4:00       Afternoon presentation/discussion
