Join us for our 4-part introduction to plant-based nutrition webinar series spread over 2-3 weeks. We’ve been running these webinars since May 2020 and have had participants join us from all over Australia as well as from NZ, Asia and Europe. These are small group webinars so you can interact with us and have all your nutrition questions answered during the series.

- Presenters: GP Dr Malcolm Mackay & nutritionist Jenny Cameron
- Cost: $99 for all four sessions
- Location: Online using Zoom meetings
- Sessions will be recorded and made available to participants the following day

During these webinars we explain what whole food plant-based nutrition entails, how it works and how to put it into practice. It gives a good overview for those new to a plant-based diet or to those already plant-based seeking to make further adjustments for health. We limit numbers in these webinars so we can facilitate group interaction and build a sense of community among participants. Jenny and Malcolm are both qualified nutritionists (Deakin Uni) and have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell. Malcolm is a practising GP and Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. Jenny is also a qualified wellness coach and offers ongoing group coaching to those who have participated in our webinars and other programs.
