We are now collecting a $500 deposit for the September 2024 immersion. Full payment is due four weeks prior to the immersion.
Cancellations up to three weeks before the start date are eligible for a refund (less a $50 administration fee) or transfer to a later immersion. In exceptional circumstances, a refund or transfer for cancellations less than 21 days will be considered. Refunds will incur a $50 administration fee.
All twin-share or single occupancy rooms have two single beds and include an ensuite bathroom. NB There are limited rooms that can be used for single occupancy with ensuite, so book early if you prefer this option.
The multi-share room is a large space with two ensuite bathrooms and will have a maximum of 4 people in it (usually fewer).
There is the option of a small single room without an ensuite (limited availability)
